Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga at Vegan Way was a holistic experience blending physical well-being with mindful, plant-based living. Ganesh, an experienced instructor, guided participants through traditional Hatha postures, focusing on balance, flexibility, and inner peace. The vegan lifestyle complemented the yoga practice by promoting health, sustainability, and compassion. Together, this approach nurtured both body and mind, offering a complete journey toward wellness and conscious living.
Astanga Yoga
At Vegan Way, Ashtanga Yoga is rooted in mindful movement, inner strength, and balance. The practice aligns with Ahimsa (non-violence), encouraging a plant-based lifestyle that respects all living beings. Through dedicated practice, students cultivate compassion, focus, and spiritual growth in a welcoming and peaceful environment that connects yoga and vegan living.

Class Format: 90-minute class
Time table: Drop-In Classes Everyday!
Morning:
8:30am to 10:00am (Ashtanga Yoga)
10:30am to 12:00pm (Hatha Yoga for Bigginers)
Evening:
5:00pm to 6:30pm (Hatha Yoga)
