Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga at Vegan Way with Ganesh is a holistic experience blending physical well-being with mindful, plant-based living. Ganesh, an experienced instructor, guides participants through traditional Hatha postures, focusing on balance, flexibility, and inner peace. The vegan lifestyle complements the yoga practice by promoting health, sustainability, and compassion. Together, this approach nurtures both the body and mind, offering a complete journey towards wellness and conscious living.
Astanga Yoga
At Vegan Way, Ashtanga Yoga is guided by teacher Ganesh, who removes obstacles and nurtures inner strength. The practice aligns with Ahimsa (non-violence), promoting a plant-based lifestyle that honors all beings. Ganesh’s teachings inspire mindful movement, compassion, and balance, fostering spiritual growth through both yoga and veganism.
